5/5 Stars — My favorite Lake County pit stop! 🧋🐾 If you ever see a mobile pet grooming van parked outside while the driver happily chugs a giant bubble tea... yep, that’s me! As a mobile pet groomer traveling all across Lake County, I’ve tried my fair share of break spots, but Bubble Tea Lab in Libertyville is easily my favorite. The bubble tea here is unbelievably delicious (literally the best reward after a long day of grooming dogs!), and the owner is hands-down one of the absolute sweetest, most accommodating people you’ll ever meet. Amazing drink selection, top-tier hospitality, and top-tier vibes. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself here whenever you’re in Libertyville!

Owner(?) is not friendly. Went in with a large group and most of us ordered the same drink- brown sugar boba. 1 drink did not taste like the others. It tasted terrible. So we told the lady and she said "they are all the same!". She insisted it tasted fine. We told her again it did not taste okay. Then she proceeded to drink out of the drink we all tasted and she told us- it tastes fine! She reluctantly remade the drink after a few minutes. The new one was good. But she was very rude and argumentative.

Wanted to like this place but then I found a hair and not sure what else floating in my almost finished drink. Will not be going here again. And grossed out that I drank this before I realized there were things floating in it.

First time going here, and I loveeeddd it. So worth it. This place offers a lot more options/flavors than other bubble tea places. I got the Taro but smoothie w mango pop it’s deliiicious tastes so rich n smooth. You can taste cheesecake in it. Very happy with it. Next time I’m in the area deff coming back.
